  • Americans should have the right to concealed wepons in national parks as long as they are in compliance with the concealed wepons laws of their state. The issues here is much the same as the larger issue of gun control in the U.S.

  • Is the arguement about the existence of a prison for terrorists or about alleged torture of the inmates. Obama has already OK's the prisons except on American soil or in Guantanamo. The middle east is OK with him as he has stated in the last couple of months.

  • This candidate is young and idealistic in her approach to the bench. I think she is probably a good person, ethical and empathic by nature. What I see as the problem is that at this stage in her life she feels judges should set policy more than refereeing the law.
